Our talented and passionate team at The Tudor Bakehouse work hard to create fresh and delicious food at our traditional bakeries in Norfolk and Suffolk.
This year we celebrate 30 years of baking great products for our loyal customers from our bakeries in Diss, Eye and Harleston.
The Tudor Bakehouse was first established in 1991 by Paul Muncila. It is no surprise that the bakeries are well appreciated and reputable by customers in both Norfolk and Suffolk. There are now four bakeries with staff that have a combined experience of 100 years.
After the bakery in the Market Place, Harleston was established, our second bakery opened in Eye with a third following three years later in Diss. We then purchased a second Harleston bakery in the Thoroughfare in 2004.
We were also very proud to of been one of the 36 best bakeries chosen from across the UK to take part in Britain’s Best Bakery for ITV. Our priority is to continue creating delicious food and a friendly atmosphere in our bakeries, we strive to create the best and try out new recipes.
Paul has more than 40 years’ experience in baking. He fell in love with it when he began his first role as a baker in Norwich at the age of 23 and his passion and enthusiasm remains today.
