At The Tudor Bakehouse we pride ourselves on the taste, quality and variety of bread, savoury products and sweet treats we produce, all of which are sold at our bakeries in Diss, Eye and Harleston.
Each loaf of bread we make is hand-mixed, shaped and baked fresh each morning with white, speciality or wholemeal flour from Marriage's. From our classic handcrafted dough recipes we create white, wholemeal, maltster, brandee, multigrain, cornbread and ciabatta breads and rolls to be enjoyed by our regular customers.
Cakes do sell out early so if you have a special occasion in mind and would like to pre-order any of our cakes, just contact your local bakery and we'll make sure we bake extra and pop them aside for you.
We produce a wide range of savouries such as our famous pork sausage rolls and other flavours using Pepperell’s meats. In 2020, we also introduced our tasty vegan rolls which are filled with borlotti beans and chunks of apple.

White, Wholemeal, Maltster and Brandee - Farmhouse, tin, sandwich large and small, large seeded bloomers, small plain bloomers, rolls, long rolls, large and small baps, knot rolls, crusty rolls and French sticks.
Multiseeded GI - Tin-shaped loaves and rolls.
Cornbread - Bloomer-shaped loaves and rolls.
We also bake fresh Sourdough and Ciabatta loaves.
All our bread is made using Marriage's flour which we also sell in some of our bakeries. You can place an order for a minimum of three loaves by calling any of bakeries.
Our cakes range features luxury caramel slices, chocolate brownies, almond slices, toffee tiffin, cherry and almond muffins, chocolate muffins, carrot cake, chocolate crunch, rainbow cake, cheesecakes, chocolate oat slices, Viennese fingers and shells, butterfly biscuits, a variety of cookies and beautiful chocolate dipped sugar sprinkled shortbread biscuits. We also like to dream up a range of seasonal delights.
Our famous brownies use real butter and dark chocolate containing 48% cocoa and our luxury caramel slices have an all butter shortbread base, with soft caramel and a thick chocolate topping containing half milk and half dark chocolate.
Danish pastries are handbaked, laminated with real butter and filled with the finest ingredients. Our pastries are available each Saturday in all our bakeries. We also bake two flavours of freshly filled croissants each morning in our Harleston bakeries.
We bake a delicious range of savouries including our famous pork sausage rolls, pork and apple sausage rolls and a range of seasonal flavours including cranberry, caramelised onion chutney and chilli. All are made using Pepperell’s meats.
Another speciality is our giant puff pastry cheese straws laminated with mustard, seasoning and a mix of mature cheddar cheese.
Each day we have a selection of hand cut sandwiches on white, granary or mediterranean bread and our fillings include Chicken Mayo & Chorizo, Prawn Cocktail & Lettuce, Tuna Mayo & Red Onion as well as vegetarian options.
We also sell filled rustic baguettes, crusty ham and cheese rolls, wraps, pasta pots, sausage and bacon rolls, pizza slices, salads, pies, pasties and a selection of cold drinks. On Fridays we have our hog roast rolls available.
